Search Entries
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a partner search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Pamlico County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own local record system.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, handle follow-up, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not shared outside the organization except when required by law or necessary to address the request.
Information Collected Automatically
Basic technical data may be recorded when pages load or when tools are used. That data helps maintain the site and understand performance.
